Castlehill Housing Association
Castlehill Housing Association is a registered charitable organisation with a proud history dating back to 1970. Over the decades, we’ve built a strong reputation for providing quality housing and a range of support services tailored to the needs of our communities.
We offer a variety of housing options including general needs homes, amenity, independent living properties for older people, and very sheltered housing. Our services extend across Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire and Moray.
While the majority of our homes are available for affordable rent, we also offer shared ownership opportunities. Today, we own, manage and factor more than 1950 properties.
Get Involved at Castlehill
Tenant participation means you have a say in the decisions that affect your home.
We believe the best way to improve our services is by working together. By sharing your views, ideas and experiences, you can help shape the future of our housing and support services.
Many tenants already take part but we’re always looking for more voices to make sure everyone is represented. Your input matters and we want to hear from you.
To make getting involved as easy and accessible as possible, we offer a variety of ways for you to participate, whether you prefer a one-off contribution or something more regular:
-
Castlehill Registered Tenants Organisation (CaRTO)
-

-
Consultations
-
Scheme Walkabouts
-
Newsletter working group
-

-

- Association Membership
No matter your interests or availability, there’s a role for you. By getting involved, you’re helping to ensure our services reflect the needs and priorities of our tenants.
